• Notes

  Jean and Ray Proctor farmed in the Yeelanna area after their marriage. The farm was share-farmed for a few years when Ray and Jean moved to Hilltown in the mid-North. The boys finished their education during this time, Geoff at Urbrae and Len at Clare High School. After selling Hilltown farm the family took up land around Tintinara in the South East. Don Went back to Yeelanna when he married and his sons still farm the original property. Jean and Ray retired to Tranmere in 1975 and took a keen interest in bowling with the Tranmere Club. Jean is a skipper still and is doing very well. Jean has always been keen on crochet and also has a fine display of her own ceramics. (The Tucker Family in Australia 1992)
